Y Yoga is a documentary written and directed by Arthur Klein and featuring Master Teachers Erich Schiffmann and Bryan Kest. Filmbaby.com says: "The documentary 'Y Yoga Movie' is an invitation to a better life. This is accomplished through an exploration of why people practice yoga and how it changes them."
