Open Auditions for Classic Mystery

SOUTH HOLLAND, IL–The PAC Rats Theatre Company of South Suburban College (SSC) will host open auditions for its fall production of Agatha Christie's "The Mousetrap". The show is to be directed by Albert Clark.

Auditions will be held on Wednesday, July 11th and Thursday, July 12th from 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. in the Kindig Performing Arts Center. The production will run Friday, September 21st, Saturday, September 22nd and Friday, September 28th at 8:00 p.m., and Saturday, September 29th at 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., and Sunday, September 30th at 2:00 p.m.

There are roles available for five males, and three females age 18 or older. Actors of all colors and sizes are encouraged and welcome to audition. Auditions are open to the entire community and no experience is needed. Copies of the script will be on reserve in the SSC Library two weeks prior to auditions. These are reading copies and may not be taken home. Prior to audition dates, the rehearsal schedule will be posted on the theatre's website as downloadable documents

SSC is located at 15800 South State Street in South Holland, Illinois, between Sibley Boulevard and 159th Street. The campus is convenient to Routes 94, 80, and 57, and is also accessible by Metra.
