It's fun, easy and helps eliminate many of the common discomforts of pregnancy. Learn to use the muscles of your pelvic floor effectively, improve your emotional well-being, your physical comfort during labor and facilitate the labor process. You will also learn how to safely modify poses in regular group classes.
