You’ll provide direct nursing care to clients and manage the day-to-day nursing activities performed by certified nursing assistants. Duties include, but are not limited to: client admissions, transfers and discharges.
We require a service with a smile personality, solid clinical skills, good analytical/ judgment skills, timely/accurate charting, and the ability to coach/lead staff in their efforts to provide exceptional care for clients.
Other requirements: A minimum of two year’s experience in a long term skilled nursing facility or acute care, an IL RN license in good standing, & current CPR certification.
