Vinyasa: Building Your Practice Basics Series

Join instructor Brenda Temme, CYT for this series of four classes.

Regardless of your skill level or life situation - the practice does not discriminate.  The work is the same for everyone - let go of judgment and be in a place of open observation and exploration.  "Vinyasa" means to align movement with your breath, turning static poses into a dynamic flow.  You will be empowered to follow the rhythm  of your breath.  All levels welcome.
