RHINO BASEBALL FALL TRAINING AND ARM CARE PROGRAM

- No throwing baseballs
- Opportunity for arm to strengthen and recover
- Body has chance to rejuvenate important ligaments, joints, and muscles
The focus of this program will be:
- Arm care and arm band work
- Hitting and fielding fundamentals
- Pitching mechanical work
- Mental side of the game
- Conditioning
Cost:
- $350
Dates:
- Starts September 9th and ends October 30th
- Training twice a week (Mon. & Wed.) from 5:45 - 8:15
