GameStop Robbed At Gunpoint By 2 Men

Police say two men entered the GameStop store on Halsted Street in Homewood with a gun and demanded money and games.

HOMEWOOD, IL — Two men who entered the GameStop store on Halsted Street in Homewood last week showed a gun in an armed robbery reported by Homewood police.

The first man who entered the store, located at 17925 Halsted St., at 5:22 p.m. on Oct. 24 is described as a black man in his early 20's wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt. The other is a black man in his late teens or early 20s who was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt at the time of the crime.

Police say one of the men "displayed a firearm" as that demanded money and games.
