What You Need:
-2 tablespoons of olive oil
-12 ounces of lean ground chicken
-8 ounces of mushrooms, sliced
-1/2 of a green pepper, cut in chunks
-8 ounces of mozzarella or provolone cheese, shredded
-1 teaspoon of dried Italian herb seasoning
-1 can (7 1/2 ounces) of pizza sauce
-12-inch uncooked pizza crust or 1 pound of pizza dough
