HF Orchestra Spain Tour Car Wash this Saturday
Car wash this Saturday at Homewood Church to benefit the HF High School Orchestra spring break tour to Spain.
Get your dusty vehicle washed clean this Saturday and help student musicians from HF High School realize a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity at the same time.
The hard working student musicians of the HF Orchestra will be washing cars this Saturday, August 23, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Homewood Church (corner of Governors Highway and 183rd Street) in hopes of earning money to travel to and perform in Spain this spring. The suggested donation is $10 for cars and $15 for trucks and vans.
All car wash proceeds will go toward financing the HF Orchestra’s Spring Break 2015 performance tour to Spain. Our student musicians will promote American culture and represent the HF community while taking in the sights of Madrid, Barcelona, and Zaragoza.
The tour is sponsored by the Homewood-Flossmoor Fine and Performing Arts Council (HFFPAC), an independent organization to support local youth music programs.
