HF Park District Recreation Leader
Part-Time, 9-month position, Late August – Early June
The Homewood-Flossmoor Park District seeks motivated, creative, and experienced staff for its before and school care program AM Club and Extra Innings. Staff are responsible for leading a group of school-aged children through daily before or after-school activities. Programs also run all day on school days off, excluding major holidays. Other responsibilities include communicating with parents during drop-off and pick-up and supporting the Site Director with new activity/planning ideas. 1+ years experience working with children strongly suggested. Enrollment in a college degree program in education, recreation or related field is highly desirable.
AM Staff Hours:6:45-8:30am, M-F.
PM Staff Hours:2:45-6pm or 3:15-6:00pm, M-F
Starting Salary: $8.25
