Hillcrest HS Hosts Military Day

The purpose of this special event was to introduce our students to the variety of Military branches. The students had an opportunity to have a conversation with those serving our country and learn what each branch has to offer. There was a strong interest from our students about the military as a career and funding for future education. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and the National Guard were all in attendance to answer any questions about the challenge and adventure of being a part of the United States military. “By joining the military, you will be a part of protecting the United States of America’s constitution and protecting our interests worldwide,” said Savon Andrews, Hillcrest High School Junior.
