Hillcrest HS Students Cook Up Spooky Treats

Ms. Rebecca Haustein’s Introduction to Culinary Arts students at Hillcrest High School are scaring up some Halloween fun by creating spooky treats. They used their knowledge of measuring, decorating skills, and cooking techniques to create eerie graveyards and frightening pumpkin patches. This lab provides hands-on experience with planning and creating mouthwatering desserts.
