Homewood Man Sues Village Over $5,300 Water Bill
The man says there's no way he used that much water. The village isn't buying it—so he's suing.
A Homewood resident is suing the village over what he says is an impossible water bill.
Paul Otubusin reportedly received a warning about his water usage in June. He checked for leaks, and told the village there must be some other issue.
His normally $200 water bill was coming in at $5,000.
