Featuring school physicals, dental screenings and immunizations** at a nominal cost (or FREE with a current medical card), this family-friendly event has something for kids of all ages.
Join Ingalls and Family Christian Health Center for music and entertainment, games, activities and prized, refreshments, clowns, face painting and much more!
**Previous shot records required for immunizations. Appointment are not necessary; children will be seen in the order in which they arrive for services.
