Dear Reader,

This week, I find myself without the usual spark of inspiration—and that’s okay. Sometimes, we need to pause, rest, and reset. We can’t always keep pushing forward; true growth also comes from moments of stillness and self-care.

If you’re feeling weary or uninspired, I invite you to give yourself the grace to slow down. Trust that with time and patience, your energy will return, renewed and refreshed.

Read | My first read of the year was Here One Moment by Liane Moriarty. It is one of those books that sticks with you long after you’ve turned the last page. It’s a beautifully woven story about life’s unpredictability, the power of human connection, and how a single moment can change everything. If you happen to read this one, let me know what you think.

Try This | Research shows that within three minutes of smelling lavender, beta waves increase within the brain, cortisol levels drop, the heart rate slows, anxiety decreases, pain perception decreases, we feel more relaxed, and our mood improves.

How can you create space for rest and renewal in your life this week?
