Dear Reader,

As we step into this new year, I invite you to honor the power of intention over resolution. Resolutions often focus on specific goals or outcomes, driven by external pressures or societal "shoulds." They can feel rigid and sometimes overwhelming. Intentions, however, are rooted in self-compassion and mindfulness. They invite us to connect with what truly matters and create a gentle framework for growth without a fixed endpoint.

This year, start with your heart. Decide what matters to you, and commit to your intention. One breath. One movement. One moment at a time.
