Mob Charges Against Pair In Homewood Walmart Gas Station Shooting
Homewood police have made arrests in connection to the weekend shooting at the Walmart Fuel Station.

HOMEWOOD, IL - Two people have been charged in connection with a shooting incident that injured two people outside the Walmart Fuel Station Sunday night. Homewood police arrested Shamauer Banks, 20, of Chicago and Deldeaundraa McKinnon, 19, of Dolton on Wednesday. Both have been charged with mob action and aggravated battery in a public way.
Banks and McKinnon are alleged to have been involved in "a physical fight" that took shape just after 8 p.m. in the parking lot at the gas station located at 17550 S. Halsted St. READ MORE: 2 Shot During Brawl Outside Walmart Fuel Station In Homewood
Two people sustained non-life threatening wounds as a result of shots having been fired during the brawl. Police do not consider the incident to be related to any ongoing threat to the public.
