Try This | Did you know that sighing resets your breathing patterns during periods of stress? You can consciously sigh to help support relaxation. Try taking a deep inhale through the nose, then exhaling with an audible sigh through the mouth. Repeat 2–3 times when you feel stressed, anxious, or mentally foggy.
