Dear Reader,

As the leaves fall and the air turns crisp, November arrives with a sense of reflection. This is truly the perfect time of year to cultivate gratitude and mindfulness, enhance your well-being, and foster deeper connections with yourself and others. This week, I invite you to…

  • express gratitude to someone who has made a difference in your life… write a note, call or send a text to say thank you.
  • set aside time each evening to reflect on the day's positive moments.
  • enjoy a walk outdoors and consciously acknowledge things you appreciate in your surroundings.
  • take a moment before eating to appreciate the food, those who prepared it, and the nourishment it provides.
  • engage in community service or help someone in need. Some simple ways to do this are to bring in a few boxes of Jiffy cornbread mix to the studio on or before November 14th or click here to sign up to donate a winter coat or other cold weather necessities to an individual in need.

With love and gratitude,
Liz

Prepare | Looking for a warming, grounding fall breakfast or dessert recipe? Search no further. Try this Pumpkin Cinnamon Raisin Crisp. Jeremy and I enjoyed it with a light drizzle of maple syrup and a sprinkling of toasted walnuts.

Try This | Remove some clutter from your home… There is a reason we feel so good after cleaning. Your home is an extension of your energy field. Old things carry old energy, and broken things hold stuck energy. Get rid of old belongings that no longer align with who you are. Release them all and make space for something fresh and new.

How will you celebrate gratitude this week?
