Man Found In Creek Likely Victim Of Crash On 394: Sheriff
Officials with the Cook County Sheriff's Office believe Alejandro Taylor was in a car that crashed into a pole on Illinois Route 394.

FORD HEIGHTS, IL - The man who was found dead in a Ford Heights creek earlier this week is believed to have been the victim of a crash on Illinois Route 394.
Sophia Ansari, press secretary for the Cook County Sheriff's Office, said the 27-year-old victim was pronounced dead at the scene when authorities arrived Tuesday afternoon. He was identified in a Chicago Sun-Times report as Alejandro Taylor of Calumet City.
Ansari said police believe Taylor was an occupant of a car that crashed into a pole earlier that morning on 394 near the Lincoln Highway exit. Deer Creek, where Taylor's body was found later in the day, is right off 394 near Lincoln.

Cook County Sheriff's Office were still investigating the case as of Thursday night.
The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office did not immediately provide the cause or manner of death.
