and she stopped...

a weekly mindful reflection

I read this poem by Becky Hemsley this week and felt it with every cell in my being.

“And she stopped…
and she heard what the trees
said to her,
and she sat there for hours
not wanting to leave.
For, the forest said nothing,
it just let her breathe.”

I hope you enjoy it as well.

Try This | Take several deep breaths and silently repeat to yourself: I choose to be happy right now with what I have. I choose to see the good in the world. I trust my intuition to always guide me. I choose kindness in every situation. I am grateful for each moment of my life.

How will you find time and space to breathe this week?

With love and gratitude,

Liz
