South Holland Master Chorale concerts

The South Holland Master Chorale opens their 19th season with two free concerts. The first is Sunday October 9 at 4PM, St. Irenaeus Catholic Church, 78 Cherry Street, Park Forest. The second is Sunday October 16 at 4PM, First Reformed Church of South Holland, 15924 South Park Avenus, South Holland. The Chorale is large, about 100 voices, led by Al Jackson. This season's concerts celebrate the glories of music written for festive occasions. Selections by Haydn, Handel, Widor and Mascagni, as well as spirituals and a newly-composed piece are all on the program. Come and be uplifted!
