Test Drive a Ford, Raise Money for Bloom Trail High School

Drive 4UR School event chips is $20 for each test drive on Monday, Sept. 29.

Local families are invited to test drive a Ford—and bring in the bucks for their school.

Homewood’s Van Drunen Ford and Bloom Trail High School will team up for the Drive 4UR School Monday, Sept. 29. From 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. during the school’s parent-teacher conferences, families will be welcome to test drive the latest Ford vehicles. For each test drive, Van Drunen Ford will donate $20 to the school, up to a total of $6,000.

The event is part of a larger initiative within the Ford family to give back to local communities across the country. Since the Drive 4UR School program launched in 2007, Ford has donated more than $12 million to support local schools, and more than $1.2 million to schools across Illinois.
