The Peder Hedberg Foundation Fundraiser
Great Food, Great Friends, Great Silent Auction, Great Entertainment mark this annual event to raise funds to keep Peder's dreams alive. The Foundation supports the South Suburban Special Recreation Association and provides scholarships to two seniors from Homewood-Flossmoor High School. Funds raised also are used to raise funds for Christian camping and also scholarships to students at North Park University and Seton Hall University.
The Silent Auction includes gift certificates from local merchants, jewelry from Rachel Rode, an art print from Liz Ahlem, framed by Great Frame Up, golf certificates, etc.
Our entertainment this year will be provided by Daryl "Big D" Johnson. Food is will be a Mexican Buffet. There will be give aways, conversation, laughter, and a chance to remember and honor Peder. For tickets send $35 to The Peder Hedberg Foundation, P.O. Box 901, Homewood, IL 60430. Time permitting we'll send you your ticket in the mail or it can be picked up at the event.
