One said the event reminded them of the Homewood Days event, even suggesting the village bring it back between the hours of 6-10 a.m., when the WGN Block Party took over downtown Homewood on Friday.
The interactive show highlighted the heart of Homewood, with visits to the Homewood Bat Company and the original Aurelio's Pizza among the segments shown.
