We're Joining Comcast to Bring Internet Access to Low-Income Families

In the digital age, it is hard to deny that the internet has become one of the most powerful learning tools available to our children. Students with home internet access perform better in the classroom and enjoy access to a greater range of educational opportunities while at home. Unfortunately, the simple cost of internet access is prohibitive to many students and their families, particularly those from low-income backgrounds.

The good news is that help is on the way. MASTERs Plus is proud to announce its partnership with Comcast to bring reduced-cost internet access to families in need.

Families who qualify for and participate in Comcast’s Internet Essentials Program will receive:

  • home Internet service for a fixed rate of $9.95 a month, plus tax
  • the opportunity to buy a computer upon enrollment for $149.99 + tax
  • free Internet training — online, in print, or in person
