Dr. Ralph Kruse is excited to announce the completion of the new Health & Wellness Center. Chiropractic Care will continue providing Chiropractic, massage, and acupuncture services at the existing location, 2417 West 183rd Street in Homewood. The new Health & Wellness Center at 2421 West 183rd Street is located immediately West of the main Chiropractic office and provides more space for rehabilitation exercises. The new spacious Health & Wellness Center allows us the flexibility to offer a variety of health-related classes, lectures, and workshops, especially those concerning back and neck pain.
The current schedule at the Health and Wellness Center includes yoga, myofascial release using the Myosphere, foam rolling and belly dancing workshops. Core strengthening and postural conditioning classes are being planned. We welcome suggestions regarding future classes and workshops.
Keep yourself strong and flexible with the best in exercise therapy and personal training with our fitness partner, Sweat Equity. The personal fitness training center, adjacent to Chiropractic Care on the East, offers individually designed programs, in a private setting with master trainers. Sweat Equity has been training individuals with a variety of techniques, equipment and expertise for 25 years.
