Today's escape: sign up for a dance class. McHenry County College is offering a class titled "Rock the Reception" where you'll learn all those cherished reception dance classics like the Cha Cha slide, electric slide and cupid shuffle. And, you'll learn all the steps to Michael Jackson's Thriller. No dance skills required (thank goodness) and you can attend without a partner, but this would also make a fun girls' night out. Classes are held from 6-7:30pm, Wednesday, March 30 through May 4 at the college, 8900 US Hwy 14, Crystal Lake. The cost is $65.  To register, call 815-455-8588, use course id: NSD S10 003.
