3rd DUI Charge For Wilmington Man Arrested By Will Co.

WILMINGTON, IL — A 37-year-old Wilmington man now faces two counts of aggravated driving under the influence following his arrest May 7 by members of the Will County Sheriff's Office.

According to the criminal complaint, Jason David Strode was driving a Chevrolet Avalanche while under the influence of alcohol along Stripmine Road in Wilmington. The complaint notes that Strode was previously convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol in 2012 in Grundy County and in 2011 in Will County, and this marks his third violation.

Strode lives on West Stevens Lane. He was released from the Will County Jail after posting 10 percent of his $3,000 bail.
