JOLIET, IL - John G. Plump, age 54, 500 block of West Jefferson Street, was arrested at 6 p.m. July 11 on charges of possession with intent to deliver, possession of cannabis, unlawful use of a weapon and possession of a controlled substance.

Sarkis Dishchyan

Sarkis Dishchyan, 39, of Van Nuys, California, was arrested at 11:16 p.m. on July 10 on charges of criminal trespassing to property and aggravated battery.

Joe R. Mangerson, 18, of 1400 block of Ficho, New Lenox, was arrested at 7:01 p.m. on charges of possession of cannabis.
