Marlene Louise McElrath
Age 61, went to live in eternity with her heavenly father, on Tuesday, January 22, 2013. Marlene was born November 14, 1951 at Silver Cross Hospital to Edwine Daniels and Edward Foy Sr.
Marlene was a dedicated member of Mt. Zion M.B. Church under the direction of the late Pastor Isaac Singleton Sr. and Pastor David G. Latimore.

Marlene is preceded in death by her beloved mothers, Edwine Josephine Daniels and Margaret Foy, brothers, Ruben Preston, Ruben Steven, James Daniels, Edwin and David Foy.
Marlene leaves the memory of her life to her adoring children, Felicia and Aaron, granddaughters, Jameka Evans, Jalyin Coleman, Sanai and Aerin, and grandson, Cameron Harris, sisters, Jerry Reese, Charlene Henderson, Cheryl (Julius) Bell, Darlene Jacobs, brothers, Edwin Daniels, and Joe (Arnell) Daniels and a host of nieces, nephews, family and lifelong friends.

Visitation will be held Monday, January 28, 2013 from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home and Tuesday, January 29, 2013 10-11 AM at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 402 Singleton Pl., Joliet, IL. Service at 11 AM, Pastor David G. Latimore, officiating. Interment following at Elmhurst Cemetery, Joliet, IL.
