“Art of Illinois: A Bicentennial Celebration”

There is still time to submit your art to be a part of this very exciting exhibit celebrating the artists of Illinois during the Bicentennial of our state! The deadline is quickly approaching and you do not want to miss this opportunity to exhibit at Gallery Seven on the 2ndand 3rdfloors of the historic Gaylord Building, 200 West 8thStreet, Lockport.

“The Art of Illinois,” a juried fine art show, is accepting submissions of 2d and 3d work until August 15th. Don’t delay! Submit today! For more information visit www.galleryseven.net All media except film/video are welcome. Notifications of acceptance will be sent the week of August 28th.

The exhibit will be held during artist month-October with a celebration on Saturday October 6th, 6-8 p.m. All mediums are accepted except film/video.

Gallery Seven is managed by a group of local artists, located at 200 West 8thStreet, Lockport. This free gallery is open to the public Noon to 5 p.m. Wednesday to Saturday, and Noon to 3 p.m. on Sunday. All exhibited work at Gallery Seven is for sale.
