The Joliet Police Department has arrested a dangerous sexual predator, Peter Zabala, 42, in connection with her disappearance. He is being held in jail without bail on unrelated charges including being an unregistered sexual offender. Police have said that Tucker was acquainted with Zabala and that he was believed to be the very last person to ever see her alive.

The GoFundMe is seeking to raise $5,000 to give Tucker a proper funeral and burial.

"On October 13th Ashley went missing from the Parkwood area after celebrating with her loved ones. She was attacked by a monstrous pedophile and tried to be disposed of like she was nothing. When in all reality she was everything to us. A beautiful mother, daughter, sister. She didn't deserve this. Nobody does! Help us send my cousin away like the queen she was. Anything helps. Anything remaining will go towards her beautiful daughter. Thank you," the GoFundMe reads.
