ST. MARY NATIVITY BIBLE STUDY STARTING SOON…...Mary - Virgin, Mother, and Queen” A Bible Study Guide for Catholics written by Father Mitch Pacwa, S.J. looks at Old and New Testament texts that are relevant to Marian doctrine.
Father Pacwa enlightens, clarifies and challenges Catholics to have a renewed devotion to the Blessed Mother, through whom we are drawn nearer to Christ. A great way to prepare for Christmas. The Bible Study will meet weekly every Tuesday morning from 9:15 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the Nativity Room, 706 N. Broadway, Joliet, starting on Tuesday, November 24th. Study Guides provided by the parish.
Light breakfast refreshments served. If you are interested in participating in SMN Bible Study, please contact Joyce Traina at 815-726-9138. “The Holy Bible is like a mirror before our mind’s eye. In it we see our inner face. From the Scriptures, we can learn our spiritual deformities and beauties. And there too we discover the progress we are making and how far we are from perfection.” Pope St. Gregory the Great
