AMAZING START: 10 Photos From Joliet's Farmers Market, First-Ever Event At New City Square
Michelle Arana of Internode has helped grow Joliet's Farmers Market. This is the third year, but first at the new City Square

JOLIET, IL —Friday marked the first-year Joliet Farmers Market held in the new Joliet City Square across from the Rialto. Joliet Patch was on hand to produce a handful of videos showcasing some of the many vendors who traveled to Joliet. One vendor, Bennett Farms, came all the way from Michigan to sell the homegrown meats produced by their farm.
Joliet's Farmers Market will take place every Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the new Downtown City Square. The Farmers Market will continue until Sept. 18. Michelle Arana of the Internode, 81 North Chicago Street, has introduced the farmers market into Joliet and Arana expects more vendors will be added in the weeks ahead.
