Bike And Brunch on June 4 With The Forest Preserve District

Register by June 1 for this fun biking program from Joliet to Lockport and back along the I&M Canal Trail. Brunch is at Embers Tap House.

Get your bike and brunch on with this fun recreational group bike ride organized by the Forest Preserve District of Will County.

The ride is from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday, June 4. Riders will begin their trek at Joliet Iron Works Historic Site and continue on the I&M Canal State Trail to historic downtown Lockport to enjoy brunch at Embers Tap House. The program costs $20 per person and is for ages 21 and older.

Brunch is included with program registration. Participants can choose from several menu options, and the meal includes non-alcoholic beverages. Participants may purchase alcoholic beverages on their own, with a limit of two during this biking event. After brunch, the group will bike back to the starting point.

Registration is required by Tuesday, June 1: Call 815-727-8700 or REGISTER ONLINE.
This bike ride is approximately 8.5 miles on crushed limestone and paved surfaces with road crossings.
