Brian Setzer Christmas Concert At Rialto May Sell Out
Setzer's performance is at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the downtown Rialto.

JOLIET, IL - The Brian Setzer Orchestra has been a household name in the music industry since the 1990s and people around Will County can enjoy their Christmas music in a matter of days. Monday's show is at 7:30 p.m. The Brian Setzer performance will kick off the Rialto Square Theatre's holiday season. The concert is billed as Brian Setzer's Orchestra's 14th annual Christmas Rocks! concert. As of Thursday, 1,400 tickets were sold. The Rialto can accommodate nearly 2,000 guests.
"It's selling extremely well," said Jack Ericksen, the Rialto's development and marketing director. "There are still good seats available on the main floor."
Rialto's website has the following price breakdown for Monday night's concert: $88.50, $58.500 and $43.50. Additional ticket fees may apply.

With four days to go until the big concert, Ericksen believes the show will be a sell out. "I'm pretty certain that will happen," he said. "I've already talked to quite a few people who've seen his performance. It's a fantastic holiday show."
The Rialto's bio on Brian Setzer includes the following write-up: "In 1990, Stray Cats frontman Brian Setzer founded a new orchestra to focus on the burgeoning swing revival movement in the United States. Decades later, the wildly energetic Brian Setzer Orchestra still delivers its electrifying combination of rockabilly, blues and swing to adoring audiences around the world."

The 3 Doors Down acoustic jam concert at 8 p.m. February 10 has already sold 1,100 tickets. "There's been a real good buzz about that one," Ericksen said.
Tickets to see comedian Lewis Black at 8 p.m. on April 6 just went on sale last week. About 620 tickets have already been sold, Ericksen said.
