Burglary To Joliet Public Works Truck Leads To Arrest
Joliet police located 32-year-old Aaron Foster in the 600 block of Jackson Street and took the Lockport man into custody without incident.

JOLIET, IL — A 32-year-0ld Lockport man who has been the subject of other recent Joliet Patch crime articles was booked into the Will County Jail over the weekend after Joliet police say Aaron Foster was burglarizing a city of Joliet water department truck.
Foster's latest arrest happened around 7:30 p.m. Satureday near Henderson Avenue and East Cass Street. Foster was taken away in handcuffs and booked into detention on charges of burglary to a motor vehicle and criminal trespass to a motor vehicle.
"Officers determined that Foster had entered a City of Joliet water department truck without permission," police spokesman Dwayne English indicated.

He said that a city of Joliet employee found Foster inside the truck, and Foster refused to exit the truck.
In time, "Foster eventually exited the truck and ran from the area," English stated.

Eventually, Joliet police captured Foster in the 600 block of Jackson Street and placed him into custody without incident.
Last December, Patch reported that Foster was arrested after Joliet police said he attacked his girlfriend with a tree branch and also choked and punched the woman's dog.
