Looking for a way to feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally balanced? Steady Mind, Steady Body is a weekly wellness class designed to support mental and emotional well-being through gentle, intentional movement and guided reflection. Each session stands on its own - so you are welcome to attend weekly or drop in whenever it works for you.
Movements are adaptable for all abilities and paired with mindful moments that encourage self-awareness, calm, and connection. No prior experience needed!
