Couple Banned From Joliet Walmart Arrested At Store
Justina Schirmer is a 31-year-old resident of New Lenox, Joliet Police arrest reports show.

JOLIET, IL - A 31-year-old New Lenox woman who was previously banned from visiting the Joliet Walmart on West Jefferson Street was arrested on Monday afternoon at the Walmart store, according to the Joliet Police Department. Justina Schirmer was also accompanied by 40-year-old Joliet resident Kristopher Latona. He, too, was on the Joliet Walmart's banned list of customers, police say.
Joliet Police records indicate the couple were arrested around 3 p.m. Monday. Both were charged with criminal trespass to property.
According to Joliet Police, "officers responded to the 2400 block of W Jefferson for a report that the two above listed arrestees were banned from store property and were refusing to leave when asked."

When officers pulled up to the Walmart, they spoke with the store's loss prevention team, who provided copies of the trespass agreements that were previously served on Latona and Schirmer, reports state.
"Both subjects were then placed into custody and charged with the above offense," police said.

At the time of Monday's arrests, Schirmer was still living in New Lenox, but Joliet Police arrest logs listed Latona as staying at Joliet's Daybreak Shelter, 611 E. Cass St.
Both were released from custody on a $1,500 I-Bond.
The pair were in the Will County Jail back around March. At that time, Schirmer and Latona lived at the same New Lenox address in the 100 block of Pleasant Street, jail logs show.
In February, the Joliet Police charged Schimrer and Latona with criminal trespass to land. Both later pleaded guilty and drew one-year of court supervision and time served in jail, court documents indicate.
