JOLIET, IL - In January, downtown Joliet celebrated the grand opening of the CUT 158 Chophouse at 158 N. Chicago St., just up the street from the Rialto Square Theatre. It's run by the same family who manage Hamburgerseria and Cork Wine Bar, both on Joliet's Essington Road. Now, after three months of business, CUT 158 is unveiling several new items for its lunch and dinner menus.

"We've been open a few months now and are getting a good idea of what Joliet wants," one of the managers informed me.

Located at 158 N. Chicago St., the CUT 158 Chophouse website proclaims, "Trendy steakhouse delivers fantastic perfectly cooked beef alongside amazing cocktails and an expansive wine list."
