Drunken Joliet Woman Drove With Unsecured 3-Year-Old in Back Seat and Drugs in Bra: Cops
The woman was speeding and ran a red light, police said.

A drunken Joliet woman pulled over by the cops Saturday night turned out to have an unsecured 3-year-old in the back seat and drugs in her bra, police said.
Tammaka Frazier, 36, was speeding and ran a red light shortly before midnight, police said. Frazier was pulled over near the corner of Eastern Avenue and Jefferson Street and officers reportedly found a 3-year-old girl in the back seat of her car.
The child was sitting on a small booster seat but was not belted in or otherwise secured, police said.

Frazier appeared intoxicated, police said, as her eyes were glassy and her speech mumbled and confused. She also allegedly smelled of alcohol.
Frazier was arrested and when she was taken into custody, officers found two plastic bags of narcotics in her bra, police said. She was charged with aggravated driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, and endangering the life or health of a child.

Frazier was taken to the Will County jail.
