DUI No. 4 For Joliet Man Who Goes By 2 Different Names: Sheriff
Will County Sheriff's deputies took Cesar Ramirez, also known as Cesar Rodriguez-Garcia, into custody on aggravated DUI charges.

JOLIET, IL — A 56-year-old Joliet man from the 500 block of Ward Avenue spent several days in the Will County Jail last week in connection with his fourth DUI arrest. Will County prosecutors have charged Cesar Ramirez, also known as Cesar Rodriguez-Garcia, with five counts of aggravated driving under the influence plus one count of aggravated driving while license revoked.
According to the complaint, the Joliet man was driving a Ford vehicle on Joliet's Collins Street on Aug. 27 while his alcohol concentration in his blood, other bodily substance or breath, was 0.08 or more. The charges reflect that Ramirez obtained prior DUIs on May 2, 1997, in Will County, March 31, 2013, in Will County and June 10, 2018, in Will County and "said violation being a fourth violation."
The complaint also indicates that Ramirez's Aug. 27 aggravated DUI arrest by Will County Sheriff's deputies happened "when his driver's license was revoked for a violation ..."
