Give the Gift of Storytelling

Wondering what to give this holiday season as a unique gift? How about storytelling classes? INSPIRED! live lit is offering classes to “Seek, Shape and Share” your stories! Classes are on Tuesdays February 11- March 31, 7-9 p.m. at the Gaylord Building, Lockport.

Seek Your Stories~ unearth the stories you want to tell, the stories that have shaped you into the amazing person you are today. We will use a variety of methods to discover your stories in a creative, safe and supportive environment. You will leave this class with a list of stories you want to explore.

Shape your Stories ~so they honor who you were then and who you are now. This class helps you answer the question: Why are you telling this story now? We will explore different writing techniques with the goal of telling each story in its own unique way.

Share your Stories~ the world needs to hear them! This class will give you many opportunities to tell your stories and receive helpful, caring feedback to empower you to share your unique life experiences with others.
