Hertz Victimized By Woman Using False ID: Complaint
Will County's State's Attorney has filed three criminal charges against this woman, who lived in Chicago.

JOLIET, IL — A 66-year-old woman who lives in Chicago faces criminal charges in connection with an identity theft investigation at Hertz Rental conducted by Joliet's Police Department. Will County prosecutors charged Zondra Anderson with unlawful use of another person's credit card, having a fraudulent identification card and forgery.
The criminal complaint states that Anderson's crimes occurred Oct. 18 in Joliet.
The forgery charge accuses Anderson of trying to defraud Hertz Rental by presenting a phony Illinois driver's license that contained Anderson's photo but a different woman's name, "knowing that the state of Illinois had not issued said driver's license," the complaint states.

The fraudulent identity card charge states that Anderson had "a purported driver's license (of a different woman) with the intent to commit a theft, deception, or credit or debit card fraud."
The third charge indicates Anderson used a false identity in an attempt to rent a vehicle from Hertz Rental, by presenting a credit card issued to another woman, court records show.
