Icon Lounge Fight: Disorderly Conduct Charges For Frankfort Resident

Justin Cerny, 20, was in possession of a fictitious Illinois driver's license as it showed a different date of birth, Joliet police noted.

JOLIET, IL — A parking lot fist fight involving two young men has resulted in the arrest of one of them, 20-year-odl Justin Cerny of Frankfort, according to Joliet police arrest reports.

Cerny was arrested over the weekend and released on a notice to appear on charges of disorderly conduct and fraudulent driver’s license.

The incident happened in downtown Joliet at the very popular Icon Lounge.

According to Joliet police, at 1:52 a.m., officers on patrol saw two men fighting in the parking lot of Icon Lounge, at 22 West Cass Street, the same building where The Forge is located.

Officers stopped the disturbance and identified one of the males involved in the disturbance as Cerny, and he was detained.

According to arrest logs, officers discovered that Cerny was in possession of a fictitious Illinois driver’s license as it showed a different date of birth. Cerny indicated the driver’s license was fictitious, as well.

Officers recovered the driver’s license and placed Cerny into custody without incident.
