Inmate Denying He's a Male Prostitute Catches New Cases For Scuffling With Prisoners: Official
The inmate was also put out by jail staff's failure to punish a prisoner he claims threw urine on him.

A jail inmate suing his brother and sister for allegedly telling people he was a male prostitute can’t get along with some of the other guys on the inside, an official said.
Jesus Moses Simms, 22, has been locked up at the Will County jail for more than a year. He faces charges of armed robbery and aggravated assault.
On Wednesday he was hit with three new battery cases. The charges stem from confrontations with other inmates, an official said.

Simms complained about another inmate when he sued the county jail last month. In his lawsuit, Simms said he “put in … 22 grievances about Kenneth Love, a (sic) inmate at Will County jail” who would “throw urine on the plaintiff.”
After “letting the jail know that he woood (sic) like to press charges on inmate Love,” the lawsuit said, Simms was told he “can’t press charges on inmate Love. The jail is violating my constitutional rights.”

Love, 26, was in jail on charges of aggravated domestic battery, resisting a police officer, driving without a license, leaving the scene of an accident, theft, burglary, and indirect criminal contempt. Love was taken from the county jail and shipped off to prison last week.
In the lawsuit against his brother and sister, Derek and Samantha Walker, Simms claimed his siblings “arrived at (Simms’) church and explained to the Saints (Elders) of his church that he was arrested for prostitution.”
The Walkers “purposely and maliciously defamed (Simms) for the purpose of destroying his reputation in the church and community,” the suit said, and that is worth about $50,000 to Simms.
