JCA Student Coronavirus Case Confirmed: School
Joliet Catholic Academy, unlike Joliet's public schools, is holding regular classroom studies for its students this fall.

JOLIET, IL —The Joliet Catholic Academy high school on Larkin Avenue informed parents that one of its students has been diagnosed with the new coronavirus. JCA is one of the few schools in the Joliet area holding regular on campus classroom learning for its teenagers this fall. Joliet Township High School District 204 and District 86 both went to all remote learning.
JCA is holding on campus classroom activities four days per week and one day of remote learning.
Wednesday's announcement of a single known coronavirus case will not change Joliet Catholic Academy's plans to continue with regular classroom learning, however.
