JCHS Alum and Vandoren Artist Visits Joliet Central Band

On Friday, October 28, the Joliet Central Band welcomed Vandoren Artist Shawn Maxwell. Shawn is a 1994 graduate of Joliet Central, and participated in the band under Ted Lega.

Shawn visited his alma mater, and worked with our concert and symphonic band on tone and technique, and selecting reeds and mouthpieces. Our students greatly benefitted from his time.
