Jeep Stolen In Crest Hill, Discovered On Buell Avenue: Joliet Police
Joliet police responded to Nicholson Street and Buell Avenue for a report of a located stolen vehicle. They arrested Charles Durov, age 34.

JOLIET, IL — A 34-year-old Joliet man who lives in the 400 block of Buell Avenue was hauled away to the Will County Jail last week by Joliet police in connection with the discovery of a stolen Jeep from Crest Hill.
Joliet police say Charles Durov was arrested on charges of possessing a stolen motor vehicle.

On September 7, at 5:58 p.m., officers responded to Nicholson Street and Buell Avenue for a located stolen vehicle. The officers determined that the owner of a Jeep Cherokee had located their vehicle in the area after reporting it stolen to the Crest Hill Police Department.
During this investigation, officers identified Durov as a suspect in the theft and located him in the 400 block of Buell Avenue and placed him into custody without incident.
